If you already have photos of your apartment or an existing rental listing, we can prepare a revenue forecast by the next business day. We can also arrange a separate on-site assessment if needed.

To produce in less than 2 weeks, here's how it works:
1. Contact
Contact us — we will respond to all inquiries within one business day.
2. Mapping / yield forecast
If there are already pictures or a rental advertisement for the apartment, we will deliver the yield forecast within one business day. If there are no pictures, we will conduct a survey visit before preparing the forecast.
3. Furnishings / additions
We will complete the apartment as needed. The most common additions include a sofa bed and kitchen utensils.
4. Styling / apartment photography
Our professionals are responsible for the styling of the apartment and high-quality photos.
5. Sales platforms
We prepare advertisements and publish them optimized for all key sales platforms.
6. Monthly statements
Earnings are paid out monthly on the 10th of the following month (or the preceding weekday). We will provide a settlement report when the payment is made.
