Housing, rest and everyday routines must also be taken into account when the project has many moving parts. The solution is designed based on the use of the staff: separate apartments may be suitable for experts, while being located in the same property can make it easier to organize the joint work group.
By initially mapping the needs, situations are avoided where the size of the property seems sufficient but the room layout does not serve the staff. Accommodation for construction, infrastructure, industrial and data center projects
The starting point for site accommodation is the location of the work, the number of personnel and the work periods. Builders, installers and technical experts may arrive at different stages and need different space solutions.
Tell us about work shifts, vehicles and whether the staff will move between one site or several work stations. This way, accommodation can be planned from the perspective of the entire project and spaces can be found that support the employees' rest and everyday life.
The focus of accommodation can change at different stages of the work. At the beginning of the project, apartments may be needed for designers and project management, later a larger complex for the installation or construction team. Therefore, it is not a good idea to describe the needs with only one number of people if different stages are known.
In data center projects and other long-term projects, staff turnover periods and multiple employers can increase the number of arrangements. In the request for quotation, tell us whether the accommodation applies to your own staff or also to subcontractors. We will investigate the sites based on this initial information; accommodation practices and responsibilities will be agreed upon before confirmation.
Project accommodation location and accommodation options
Our own selection of furnished apartments provides a starting point for accommodation in Helsinki. In Espoo, we can examine the suitability of a representative-level property. Our 13-room project accommodation property is currently being completed in Vihti for longer-term accommodation of employees and work groups. The date of commissioning, room allocation and services will be confirmed during the offer phase.
For other Uusimaa and larger needs, we map options through our network. The exact address of the construction site and the personnel's mode of transportation help to compare locations together with the room allocation and budget.
The location of the accommodation is assessed in relation to where the work is done. An apartment close to the city center may serve the expert well, but the needs of another work group may be focused on being close to the construction site or traveling by car. In addition to the location request, we need information about possible multiple work stations.
Our network also enables us to map properties that are not in our own ready-made selection. A survey does not yet mean confirmed availability: we present options based on the information we have reviewed. The time required to arrange or implement the item will be taken into account in the offer.
Long-term accommodation and variable occupancy
The staffing needs of a project may increase, decrease or change as the work progresses. Tell us the estimated maximum number of people, different arrival periods and possible staff changes at the beginning of the survey.
We will find out how the accommodation can be adapted to these needs. If you need more capacity or new locations, we will also estimate the time needed to arrange them. Changes and extended accommodation are agreed upon according to availability and contract terms.
A useful starting point is the number of staff in stages: how many will start first, when the need increases and when the guests are expected to leave. It is also worth mentioning a possible extension, even if its timing is not yet certain. This way, options can be considered for the entire project timeframe.
Flexible planning does not mean an automatic right to change the agreed accommodation. We will review the availability and change conditions in advance so that the company knows how additional people, changes to departure dates or extended periods will be handled. When the project situation changes, please contact us as early as possible.
Room allocation, services and project budget
Private rooms, shared apartments and separate specialist apartments serve different needs. It is worth considering work shifts and the employees' own space before choosing a location.
The offer specifies the accommodation and the services to be agreed. Cleaning, linen arrangements and other needs are checked on a site-by-site basis. Indicate the budget so that the options can be assessed based on the costs of the entire accommodation period.
The room allocation takes into account the privacy of the guests and the compatibility of work shifts. A shared apartment may work well for some of the team, but those working night and day shifts may need different solutions. Also state whether it is important for the staff to stay in the same building or whether more locations are possible.
The budget can be stated, for example, per person and night or per month. At the same time, state which services the budget should cover. When assessing the overall situation, the accommodation period and the content of the locations are taken into account. Parking, laundry facilities and other practical needs are reviewed before the site is proposed as a final solution.

Send the address of the construction site, an estimate of the number of people and the duration of the accommodation. Add the room allocation requirements, budget and the most important service needs. An initial contact will also help to start the survey.
We will investigate the options and put together a proposal. Before confirming, we will review the sites, schedule, services and conditions. This way, the company can make an accommodation decision based on a clear overview.
If there is no exact schedule, you can start with an estimate and describe the phase of the project. It is worth raising a large accommodation need early, especially if you need a lot of your own rooms, several apartments close together or a specific location. The scope of the survey is determined according to your needs.
You can also specify different personnel groups in the request for quotation. For example, housing for the project management representative level and shared accommodation for the work group can be described separately. The purpose is to create a proposal based on which the company can assess both the employees' housing and the accommodation costs of the entire project.
